Wedding planners in Miami & South Florida
Planners who are as comfortable with a destination weekend as with a hometown wedding, working across Miami, Coral Gables, Naples and the coasts.

Miami · Coral Gables · Naples · across South Florida
South Florida weddings are built for light: a long table in a Naples garden, a ballroom at The Biltmore in Coral Gables, a weekend that doubles as a holiday for everyone who flies in. The Wedded collective plans across Miami and South Florida and knows the venues, the vendors and the weather.
Many of the couples we match here are planning from somewhere else. That's fine. Tell us where you'll be, when, and the feeling you're after, and we'll introduce you to a planner who can carry the whole thing while you're away.

Questions couples ask about Miami
Can you plan our Miami wedding if we live out of state?
Yes. Several planners in the collective offer full-service destination planning and are used to couples who visit two or three times before the wedding. You'll meet your planner on a call first, then in person when you're in town.
How much does a wedding planner cost in Miami?
Fees follow the scope of the work. Month-of coordination is the lightest, full planning and design the most involved. Each planner quotes personally after a first conversation, so there's no guessing.
Which areas of South Florida do you cover?
Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Naples and venues along both coasts. If your venue is elsewhere in Florida, ask: the planners travel.
When is the best time to get married in South Florida?
The cooler months from November to April are the most popular and book first. Summer weddings are beautiful but need a weather plan, which a good planner will have ready.
Do I meet the planner before committing?
Always. Wedded introduces you, you meet, and you decide. Nothing is signed before that first conversation.
